The Dallas Mavericks game was the place to be Friday night -- especially for the jaw-dropping sight of LeAnn Rimes chowing down!

The super-skinny country singer, who grew up in Texas, was spotted putting away an entire hotdog.

A shot of her eating even made it to the JumboTron during the game.


Also in the crowd was Khloe Kardashian, cheering on hubby Lamar Odom who was traded from the Lakers to the Mavericks at the start of the season.

The reality star was joined by her brother Rob, and her stepkids Destiny, 14 and Lamar Jr., 9, and the family show of support seemed to help Lamar.  He had one of his best games since joining the Mavs, scoring 19 points.

A paparazzo is suing Lindsay Lohan ... claiming he was badly injured when the car in which Lindsay was riding tried making a fast getaway from a Hollywood club and nailed him.

Grigor Balyan was taking pictures of Lindsay at the time of the accident on January 10, 2010.

Balyan's lawyer, Neil Steiner, tells TMZ ... Lindsay is being sued because her assistant was driving the car at her direction.

Steiner says his client was medically treated for orthopedic and neurologic injuries.

Steiner says he tried settling with Lindsay's insurance company but they only made "an insignificant offer." He says all he wants for his client is "reasonable compensation."

Calls to Lindsay's rep were not immediately returned.
 

icole "Snooki" Polizzi may soon end up in court -- but not for the usual reasons.


The 24-year-old "Jersey Shore" star has been hit with a $7 million counterclaim in her legal battle with licensing company SRG Ventures.


According to The New York Post, Polizzi initially partnered with the company to launch an array of merchandise including school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie. The pint-sized party girl filed suit in October to end her contract with SRG Ventures, claiming the company didn't fulfill its obligation to secure enough money and develop sufficient branding partnerships.VIDEO: Snooki installs a stripper pole in her house

SRG Ventures' counterclaim alleges Polizzi sabotaged their agreement by negotiating with brands behind the company's back -- a claim Polizzi's lawyer strongly denies. "Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG's version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court," SRG's lawyer Robert J. Hantman says.

Lindsay Lohan definitely has something to celebrate this holiday season!

After getting paid a reported $1 million to get completely naked for Playboy magazine, the troubled starlet has scored another modeling gig, for Jag Jeans – and RadarOnline.com has the details about her new job.

The campaign, which was shot by Yu Tsai, the same photographer who snapped her Playboy spread, features the 25-year-old posing provocatively in tiny cutoff shorts, a belly-baring top, high heels and lots of accessories.

"As Jag Jeans' newest endorser, Lindsay embodies the strength and fearlessness of the woman of today,” explains the press release. “She is unafraid to be who she is. She is fierce yet exudes feminine grace."

"Lindsay was so involved with the shoot that she would go as far as adjusting items on the set. She even requested scissors so she could personally fray the edges of her black crepe blouse because she believed it would look better that way. Lindsay would take a hands-on approach to her

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong finally decided to file for divorce from her then-husband, Russell Armstrong, because executives at Bravo had implemented a ban prohibiting the couple from appearing on the hit show after Russell sent executives legal letters threatening to sue, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the tension on this season's Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills hit a fever pitch on Tuesday night, as the cast asked Taylor and Russell to leave a party, upon learning he threatened to sue Camille Grammer for her talk of his alleged abusive behavior toward Taylor.

But Kelsey Grammer's ex-wife wasn't the only recipient of letters threatening legal action from Russell.


"During filming of the show, as the season progressed, Russell started sending blistering letters and emails to Bravo and NBC Universal executives threatening lawsuits. Russell was furious that Taylor had discussed their serious marital issues, including the fact that he hit her on multiple occasions, and that the fellow housewives were now talking about it on the show," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Russell would have had no legal leg to stand on because it was Taylor who was telling the girls this stuff. Bravo and NBC decided that Russell and Taylor were more trouble than they were worth, and decided to end filming with them, as soon as it became apparent that Russell was going to continue down that path."


Viewers won't see Taylor on the show again until January 2, 2012. "The episode that will air on Monday night will show all of the girls except Taylor going to Hawaii. Taylor will call the girls, and tell them on speakerphone while they are on their Hawaiian holiday that she had decided to leave Russell," the spy said.

"Taylor decided to pursue the separation first, but then she thought to get back on the show, she would need to file for divorce, so that she could appear on the show again, if she promised executives that she was leaving him for good."


Taylor knew "for a very long time that she needed to leave Russell because of the verbal and physical abuse. Being taken off a show that she loved doing because of his actions was the catalyst that finally made her pull the trigger on her marriage. Russell knew he was going to be exposed and was in full damage control mode. Ultimately, there was nothing he could do to stop it," the source said.

Russell killed himself last August, and was found hanged in the bedroom of a friend's house that he was staying in.

P!nk just came through with a canine Christmas miracle -- shelling out $5,000 to pay for emergency life-saving surgery on a puppy that had been tossed in the L.A. river and left for dead.

Sources tell TMZ ... P!nk was surfing the Internet recently, when she stumbled upon a story about a puppy that had been thrown off an L.A. overpass ... and suffered 3 broken legs when it landed in the L.A. river.

We're told the dog was in bad shape ... and required major surgery FAST ... or else.

That's when P!nk sprung into action -- contacting the Ace of Hearts animal rescue organization and offering to pay for any medical expense it took to save the dog's life.

$5,000 later ... the dog went under the knife -- and recovered!!

And it gets better -- we're told the dog has since been adopted by a loving family ... and will probably get a big, juicy bone for Christmas.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood just left an Indiana courtroom ... where she was accused of violating her probation ... and TMZ has learned it all has to do with drugs and TWO  no-shows for urine tests.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Portwood was popped on Dec. 16 for possession of a controlled substance. It's unclear what the substance was.

Sources also tell us Portwood "failed to provide urine drug screen on Dec. 16 and Dec. 19."

Portwood is also on the hook for various other alleged violations -- including failure to complete an anger management class and  failure to set up a college fund for her daughter.

Today, Amber was ordered to remain in custody until her next hearing in late January.

Melanie Amaro was crowned the winner on Thursday night's finale of The X Factor, netting the show's grand prize of $5 million plus a spot in a Pepsi ad, and RadarOnline.com has video of the songbird's emotional win.

Krajcik was a good sport in defeat, saying, "Melanie deserves it. She has a wonderful voice. I had such an incredible experience here. I got to be myself, sing what I want to sing, and I couldn't be happier."

Now that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are moving to Dallas since he signed with the Mavericks, team owner Mark Cuban has vowed to make it an easy transition for their E! reality show and is welcoming them with open arms, Star magazine has exclusively learned.

"We will make it as easy as possible for [the cameras], but they wouldn't have access to the locker room beyond what we give other media," Cuban told Star.

Having appeared on Shark Tank, the team's CEO is no stranger to reality TV and is excited to welcome the Kardashian-Odoms to the Lone Star state.


"Dallas is a great city," Cuban said. "It's young, it's got great energy, it's incredibly entrepreneurial and it's fun. I don't think they will have any problem fitting right in."

After Brad Womack famously selected no one in his first stint as The Bachelor, the Texas bar owner was brought back for a second go-around last winter.

He got engaged to Emily Maynard, but that fizzled out before long. Now it's Emily being sought by ABC to return for another stint on the reality franchise.

In fact, the network has already asked her to be The Bachelorette, sources say, and despite her earlier lack of interest, "It's basically a done deal." Wow.


Another source close to Emily Maynard, the single mom of six-year-old Ricki, tells Life & Style that while "she hasn't signed the contract yet, she's fully on board."

Since splitting with Brad in May after becoming engaged to him on The Bachelor season finale, the North Carolina product has been linked to various men.

Britney Spears said "I do" in 2004 to childhood friend Jason Alexander, and the two were married for 55 glorious hours.

Less than three days after the pair exchanged vows at The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, their marriage was annulled.

If you thought that was the last you'd ever hear from Britney's first husband, guess again. Perhaps a torch still burns for Britney, because Alexander is not happy about her engagement to Jason Trawick, reports Us Weekly.

The one-time Mr. Britney Spears is currently training for the World of MMA fighting competition and must have been hit in the head one too many times, because he thinks the engagement is fake.

"If you look at all the pictures between [Spears and Trawick] there is no connection," he explained to the magazine. "They look like they are going through the motions. It seems like an answer to the court thing."

Alexander was referencing the conservatorship held by Britney's father Jamie Spears, which will likely end when the star is married.

"Sort of a nice way to sew it all up, she marries her handler," he quipped. "I think it's fake and I think people are afraid to say it."

Alexander likely blames Britney's 'controlling' team for the annulment of their marriage, but it's been nearly eight years since that night in Vegas, and even ex-husband Kevin Federline, the father of Britney's children, is happy for her.

"I'm really happy for her -- I think he's a great guy," Federline told Australia's "TV Week," adding, "She's happy; she's doing really well. I want to say she's in a good place."

Spears and Federline married just nine months after her annulment from Alexander. And together they had two sons, Sean Preston, 6, and Jayden,5, before divorcing in 2007.

Though Federline admits he doesn't talk to Spears much these days, he wishes her the best.

"It's a good step in the right direction," Federline said of her engagement. "I'm totally happy for her."

Kanye West threatened to throw out an entire section of the audience at a show on Friday after one fan threw some business cards on stage. West flew into a rage after he spotted the cards being flung onstage at Washington’s Tacoma Dome, where he was performing with Jay-Z as part of their “Watch the Throne” tour. He ordered the culprit to step up or he would have security kick out that entire section of the venue. West told the audience, “I see it come from that direction … Unless one person raises their hand and says, ‘I’m the one who did it’, all that whole section gotta go.” West also slammed the mystery culprit for making their elaborate set dangerous by tossing the cards onto the stage. He added, “We risking our lives up here, you can’t go throwing s*** that we gonna slip on.” The rapper was relieved when the guilty fan came forward and was escorted from the show.

In a stunning world exclusive exposé Star magazine is reporting that the Kardashian family are endorsing and selling fashion products manufactured in foreign sweatshops, where workers, some as young as sixteen years old, are abused and virtually imprisoned.

A prestigious human-rights watchdog organization has launched an investigation into America’s top TV family, with officials imploring the Kardashians not to profit from what amounts to “slave labor.”

“The Kardashians are in bed with some pretty bad people,” Charles Kernaghan, the executive director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights, tells Star.  “Not only are celebrities like the Kardashians taking advantage of these workers, they are holding hands with a government that spits on democracy and women’s rights.”


While the Kardashians are involved with many fine consumer products in the fashion, beauty, fragrance, health and lifestyle industries that are not part of this investigation, there are several brands that are coming under fire. Items in the family’s high-end K-Dash by Kardashian label and the Kris Jenner Kollection — sold on the home-shopping television network QVC — and ShoeDazzle, a company that Kim cofounded and endorses, are all manufactured in areas of China where government regulations are often ignored and workers are subject to inhumane conditions.

Li Qiang, the executive director of China Labor Watch, says that the reality stars are turning a blind eye to human rights abuses, for the sake of their bottom line. “People like the Kardashians are producing their products in China because they will get more profit, since the labor cost is so low compared to the United States and other countries,” he tells Star exclusively.

The sweatshop workers live in squalid factory-run dormitories filled with the stench of sewage while toiling up to 84 hours during seven-day work weeks to produce some of the goods that helped Kourtney, 32, Kim, 31, Khloé, 27, mom Kris, 56, and the rest of their family earn $65 million last year.


Shockingly, the impoverished workers earn just a paltry $1 an hour, slaving away in factories in the Guangdong region of China, which Kernaghan describes as being "like minimum-security prisons."

The region is a “scary place,” Kernaghan continues, where the peak summer season is “brutal,” with temperatures inside non-air-conditioned factories soaring to over 100˚F. Workers in the region can come out with as little as $15 a month once rent and food debts have been paid to their bosses.

“You can’t talk during working hours,” Kernaghan adds. “You can’t  listen to music; you can’t stand up and stretch. You can’t even put your head up and look around, or you will be screamed at. If you get permission to use the toilet, you get four minutes. If you’re highly specialized, you cannot even go to the bathroom.”


Star has learned that human-rights groups have dispatched their undercover investigators to a number of factories that have been linked to the Kardashians. And, Kernaghan says, it is time for the world and the Kardashians to take some responsibility. “Kim has been very fortunate, but it’s time for her and her family to treat these workers with respect,” he tells Star.

“Kim, for example, could say, ‘It ain’t going to be all about me, me and me.’ She could do something and not leave behind a broken mess of women and children. If she took a stand and said, ‘I want to manufacture my products in Chicago or Los Angeles, where I can ensure people humane conditions,’ she would be taking the right stand.”

Emotions were running high in the courtroom when Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, and his family is ecstatic with the news.

A rep for Soulja's management team, Debby Coda, tells TMZ, both the rapper's management and his record label have been working nonstop since Friday to take the video down off the Internet. Debby tells us, the song "Let's Be Real" was hastily and foolishly posted to the Internet -- and was never approved for any album, including his upcoming "Respect My Hustle."

Soulja Boy says he "let my words get the best of me" when he released a new rap video saying, "F**k the troops" ... and now he's issued a full apology to the entire U.S. military. Soulja Boy just posted a new blog ... titled, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families." In the post, Soulja writes, "As an artist, I let my words get the best of me. Sometimes there are things that we feel, things that we want to express, and when we put them on paper and speak them out loud, they can come out wrong." Technology is recession proof and most kids are not dreaming of being programmers, scientists or engineers. The ones that are, do not get the spotlight or attention. Instead, they are looked at as geeks or uncool, when in actuality technology is the only thing that is cool today. iPhones, Android devices, Facebook, Twitter (all tech), all exciting. This is why I put my own money, passion and time to take Dean Kamen's FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and turn it into a back-to-school TV special.

Singer Gavin DeGraw -- best known for his smash his song I Don't Want To Be -- remains hospitalized in New York City with a broken nose after he was attacked Sunday by a group of thugs on the street, RadarOnline.com has learned. New York police spokesman Lieutenant John Grimpel said it was not clear what led to DeGraw's attack in the city's East Village, or how many individuals assaulted the 34-year-old singer. DeGraw's rep issued a statement saying: "Gavin DeGraw was assaulted late Sunday night and taken to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital by ambulance. He is currently under observation." DeGraw remains in stable condition after suffering the broken nose and facial cuts in the attack, Grimpel said. The identities of his attackers are still unknown, he added. DeGraw had just left a group of his friends when he was assaulted, Grimpel said.
