Wonder what type of diet keeps keeps Nicki Minaj's petite and voluptuous frame in shape? A peak at the Grammy best new artist nominee's rider demands offers a wealth of insight.

Minaj's green room requests were listed in a Wonderland magazine cover story. In the issue out Thursday, Minaj is credited with having some very specific, diva-like needs.

Minaj's ask for 12 bottles of Martinelli's Apple Juice doesn't seem over the top. But Minaj requires that six of the bottles are room temperature and the other six are iced.

Remember when Minaj wore a pink fried chicken wing necklace to the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas last fall? It was for good reason. It is apparently her favorite piece of chicken. She specifies that she wants "lots of wings" in the three 12-piece buckets of "spicy" fried chicken she requests. And she stresses, "no thighs."

Minaj, who will be joining Madonna on stage for the halftime show at the Super Bowl Sunday, also likes dried cranberries, raw almonds, and 24 bottles of Dasani Water, 12 room temperature, 12 on ice.

She has some healthy choices on her breakfast menu -- egg whites (scrambled hard) and turkey bacon (fried hard). But she also includes white toast with grape and strawberry jelly/jam and Belgian waffles with syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, butter and strawberries.

Wonderland cover. Courtesy Wonderland Still, there are requests for Snapple, Red Bull, assorted fruit juices, Simply Lemonade, a fruit platter, cheese platter, deli tray, three packs of gum, salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, Wishbone Light Italian dressing, Bumble Bee tuna in water, and wheat or low fat crackers.

Aside from the edible requests, the "Super Bass" rapper insists on having two dozen pink or white roses, candles with the scent of baked goods, Halls Mentho-Lyptus Honey Lemon Throat Cough Drops, contact lenses solution with case, two space heaters and a cool mist humidifier.

In the cover story, Minaj, known for her multiple rap personalities, said there is a distinction between her real life and on-stage personas. "They're definitely two completely different people," she said. "Obviously what I would wear at home is not what I would wear up on stage, and I think, when I'm at home it's a way more introspective character and I think the person people see on stage is anything but."

“I’ll tell you why I took H.G.H. in the first place. I love fucking,” says a longtime filmmaker, speaking on the condition of anonymity about the growing trend of human-growth-hormone therapy, which can cost as much as $10,000 per year. “I like that sense of self that comes from confidence in that area. And when I hit my 50s, although I was still very sexually active, I was less so than when I was in my 20s. And like other pathetically insecure Hollywoodites, I had an internal panic that led me to curiously explore what options were available in the world.” He tells Vanity Fair’s Zeman, who reports on cosmetic use of H.G.H. in the March issue: “I am one of the pathetically insecure Hollywood people who, like everyone else who lives here, is overly concerned with looks.” The results: “My internal organs got healthier quickly. And I could feel it—the main impact of H.G.H. … is really useful, I found. It very much imbues you with a sense of clarity and confidence.”

This supposed fountain of youth is used by entertainment-industry A-listers, viewing it as the latest must-have treatment. According to a talent manager, “any actor over 50 you’re still seeing with a ripped stomach and veins in his forearms is probably taking H.G.H.” Zeman spoke to both users and the physicians who sell it—as well as medical professionals who dismiss H.G.H. as potentially hazardous.

“We treat a deficiency disease,” says Dr. Andre Berger, one of the top H.G.H. experts in Los Angeles. “Anti-aging medicine is about making people as vital, functional, happy, and active as they can be. It’s about maximizing their potential.” He continues, “People are going to be living longer. This is about preventing the chronic diseases and all the ravages that affect your quality of life.” Another top administrator of the therapy, Dr. Uzzi Reiss, tells Zeman, “The same doctors who criticize the uses of H.G.H. for anti-aging reasons take young, short children—the most vulnerable population—and give them much larger doses and claim it is safe. It doesn’t make any sense.”

Reiss, who calls H.G.H. “a rejuvenating force,” knows its supposed benefits firsthand. “I see it in myself. I’ve been taking H.G.H. for many years. I have the energy and vibrancy of a man half my age,” he says. “I don’t get sick, don’t get jet-lagged. I can’t see why anybody would inject H.G.H. if it doesn’t have any benefits.” He believes the definition of H.G.H. deficiency used by endocrinologists to be “too restrictive. Endocrinologists ignore a significant segment of the population that needs H.G.H.,” he says. “The F.D.A. doesn’t regulate off-label uses of H.G.H.,” says Dr. Dragos Roman, a lead endocrinologist at the F.D.A. “Sometimes it’s used appropriately. Sometimes it’s not.”

In the words of one actor who used H.G.H. for two years—and over that time noticed some improvement in his skin and muscle tone: “I guess the only thing I know for sure is that starring in movies is great until you get man tits.”

In a stunning move, Simon Cowell has cleaned house on his Fox talent competition show -- first firing host Steve Jones and then reportedly dumping both his old pal Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger as judges. At this time, it appears only Cowell and fellow judge L.A. Reid will be returning for the show’s second season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cowell, who created The X Factor, recently assembled the show’s creative team for a top secret meeting in the UK -- home of the original, British version of the show.

THR says the reason for the meeting was to take a hard look at the show’s first season to detail “what went wrong and what was done right on season one.”

The show premiered on September 21, 2011 on Fox, and despite Cowell’s assertion that it would garner huge ratings, the show fell short of expectations.

The first news that Jones would not be returning as host  came late Monday afternoon. In fact, the Brit  -- who never seemed to connect with the U.S. audience -- took to Twitter to confirm the news, writing: "I won't be hosting next season Xfactor which is a shame but I cant complain as I've had a great time," Steve tweeted on Monday afternoon. "Good luck to everyone on the show."

THR says that Cowell did not personally make the call to Jones; instead, he left it to a show producer.

Shortly thereafter came the news that Nicole Scherzinger -- best known as a former member of the Pussycat Dolls and for winning Dancing with the Stars in May, 2010 --  was also leaving the show.

In an apparent case of classic Hollywood spin, E! reports that a source close to Scherzinger -- who’s currently rehearsing for her upcoming European tour -- claims it was her decision to leave the show.
"She wants to focus on her music career," a source told E!. "She's spoken to Simon [Cowell] and he's given her his blessing."

Scherzinger had a rocky time on the show from the get-go. She was brought in to replace British pop star Cheryl Cole and she often clashed with Cowell on-camera, who would openly mock her feedback to the contestants. Scherzinger also received stinging criticism from viewers who were upset when, prodded by advice from Abdul, left it to America to decide the fate of 13-year-old singing sensational Rachel Crow, who was then voted off the show.

The Hollywood Reporter also says its sources indicated Paula Abdul was out -- a particular surprise given that Cowell personally hired the Straight Up singer for The X Factor and helped resurrect her career that stumbled after she left American Idol.

While Fox has confirmed the departures of Jones and Scherizinger, official word on Abdul has yet to come.

There are reports that Cowell wants bigger name judges for his show, ala NBC’s The Voice, as a way to boost ratings. The Voice returns on February 6 with judges Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton.

The X Factor hopes to have its new host and judges in place by April, according to thewrap.com.

While news of shakeup has shocked Hollywood, American Idol’s producer Nigel Lythgoe was also taken off guard by the news, tweeting, "Shocked to see Simon has fired Paula Abdul, Nicole and Steve from the X-Factor."

The X Factor is currently auditioning new acts for the show’s second season, which is set to premiere in the fall on Fox.

As the New England Patriots make that long, harrowing, three-hour trip from Boston to Indianapolis for the Super Bowl, they can do it in engrossed in their music. That's thanks to a gift from receiver Chad Ochocinco, who is participating in the first Super Bowl in his career.

The Boston Herald reports that Ochocinco dropped around $28,000 on Beats by Dre Headphones for every member of the team. The headphones, widely regarded as the best in the industry, were designed by rapper Dr. Dre. The version Ochocinco picked out for the team produce a "clean, yet forceful sound."

Wes Welker thinks the team needs to tune out distractions:

"The game is the most important thing and all I really look forward to and concentrate on," WR Wes Welker said. "Everything else is just kinda noise. I think the fun part is really arriving there and getting away from everything and really concentrating on the game and the task at hand."

Which makes the gifts perfect, because of their noise-canceling quality.

They are also capable of connecting to each other, meaning that the whole team can be connected and listening to the same song, but Bill Belichick won't be forced to listen to those darn kids' music. The headphones elicited excited tweets from Ochocinco's teammates, who thanked him for his kindness and shared pictures of the gift.

The headphones are the second gift bestowed on the Patriots this week. On Friday, UGGs and their spokesman, Tom Brady, gave the entire team a pair of boots.

Halle Berry will have to wait until Monday to get a decision from a judge ... on whether her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, should be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources tell TMZ ... Judge Scott Gordon heard the matter this AM because the judge who was handling the case is on vacation. After hearing the lawyers arguments, Judge Gordon decided he would not decide, but rather put the matter off until next Monday, when Judge Mark Juhas returns from vacation.

Judge Gordon did not grant an immediate emergency order for either side because he believed there are enough protections in place to keep Nahla safe until Monday's hearing.

We're told Halle and Gabriel did not address the judge.

Facebook will start requiring people to switch to a new profile format known as Timeline, making photos, links and personal musings from the past much easier to find.

Timeline is essentially a scrapbook of your whole life on Facebook, compared with a snapshot of you today found on Facebook's traditional profile page. Once activated, Timeline replaces the current profile.

Although some people have already voluntarily switched to Timeline, Facebook hadn't made that mandatory. Beginning Tuesday, Facebook is telling some users that they have seven days to clean up their profiles before Timeline gets automatically activated. Facebook is rolling out the requirement to others over the next few weeks.

At some point, even those who haven't logged on to Facebook in a while will be automatically switched.

Timeline doesn't expose anything that wasn't available for sharing in the past. Many of those older posts had always been available. People could get to them by continually hitting "Older Posts," although most wouldn't have bothered. Timeline allows people to jump to the older material more quickly.

Timeline also doesn't necessarily reflect the fact that your circle of friends has likely expanded in recent years. A party photo you posted in 2008 to a small group of friends would be more visible to relatives, bosses and others you may have added as friends since then.

You'll have a week to curate the Timeline by moving stuff around, hiding photos or featuring them more prominently on your page.

Some things to consider:

— You can change privacy settings on individual items to control who has access. You might want to narrow embarrassing photos to your closest friends or delete some posts completely, or at least hide them so only you can see them.

— You can change the date on a post. For example, if you took a few months to post photos from a trip to Portugal, you can move them to appear with other posts from the time you took that trip. You can also add where you were, retroactively using a location feature that Facebook hadn't offered until recently.

— For major events in your life, you can click on a star to feature them more prominently. You can hide the posts you'd rather not showcase.

— Besides your traditional profile photo — your headshot — you can add what Facebook calls a cover photo. It's the image that will splash across the top and can be a dog, a hobby or anything else that reflects who you are. Keep in mind the dimensions are more like a movie screen than a traditional photo, so a close-up portrait of your face won't work well, but one of you lying horizontally will. But you don't even have to be in it.

— You can add things before you joined Facebook, back to when you were born. Life events can include when you broke your arm and whom you were with then, or when you spoke your first word or got a tattoo. You can add photos from childhood or high school as well.

— If you feel overwhelmed with so many posts to go through, start with your older ones. Those are the ones you'd need to be most careful about because you had reason to believe only a few friends would see them.

— Click on Activity Log to see all of your posts at a glance and make changes to them one by one. Open Facebook in a new browser tab first, though. That way, you can have one tab for the log and the other for the main Timeline.

As his estranged wife Demi Moore was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Monday night, Ashton Kutcher was partying at a Brazilian club with a full beer and a bevy of beauties.

The 33-year-old star of Two and a Half Men, decked out in preppy threads, was seen living the good life at a Bruno Mars concert in Sao Paulo Monday.

Ashton, who’s been in the South American country for its fashion week, had not acknowledged his ex on his Twitter page early Wednesday, as his last tweet came late Tuesday regarding a new Google feature.

As we previously reported, Demi was taken to the hospital late Monday night for a 30-minute evaluation.

The actress Tuesday said through her rep she’d seek professional help “to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.

"She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends," Demi’s publicist Carrie Gordon said in a statement.

Despite that statement, there are reports that Moore is being treated for substance abuse issues.

As a result, Gordon said the star would pull out of the Linda Lovelace biopic Lovelace, in which she was to play Gloria Steinem.

Demi’s well-being has been the subject of speculation since she announced her split with Ashton in November, after he cheated on her with a 23-year-old woman in San Diego September 24, the same night of their sixth anniversary.

From the special Sunday San Diego episode's manly locale on the USS Midway aircraft carrier, to its soundtrack of the manly Top Gun theme "Danger Zone," to its increased amount of Steven Tyler swearing, to its first audition featuring a modern-day Vargas girl in a teensy-weensy red white & blue bikini, to its final audition by a manly mechanic named "Wolf" who covered CCR and Johnny Cash, it was obvious that "American Idol" producers were hoping to hook male viewers who'd stuck around after Sunday afternoon's NFL playoff game. And the tactic just might have worked.

"Idol" hopeful Jane Carrey with her dad years ago
Once again, this was an episode heavy on impressive singers, some of which may have roped in a few new fans. And among those impressive singers was one who probably had some longtime Fox viewers, male and female alike, feeling all nostalgic, as Jim Carrey's 24-year-old daughter, Jane Carrey, tried out in front of Jim's old "In Living Color" Fly Girl castmate, Jennifer Lopez. ("I was 2 when you were on TV together," Jane told J.Lo; Jennifer, surprisingly uninsulted, gave her a golden ticket anyway.) Wow, the daughter of the Truman Show star on an ACTUAL reality show? How very meta! And also, what great television.

All aboard the USS Midway!
Below is a full roundup of who sailed straight from the USS Midway to Hollywood...

In a new interview in the February issue of Vogue -- Taylor Swift's first turn on the legendary fashion mag's cover -- the 22-year-old country-pop star has just one word to describe her teen years.

"So . . . middle school? Awkward," says Swift, who grew up in Pennsylvania, first on a rural Christmas tree farm and later in a wealthier suburban area. "Having a hobby that's different from everyone else's? Awkward. Singing the national anthem on weekends instead of going to sleepovers? More awkward. Gain a lot of weight before you hit the growth spurt? Awkward. Frizzy hair, don't embrace the curls yet? Awkward. Try to straighten it? Awkward!"

And despite her current fame, all those Grammys, lots of big paychecks (oh, and even a Vogue cover, her "awkward" past is still hard to shake. "I think who you are in school really sticks with you," Swift admits. "I don't ever feel like the cool kid at the party, ever. It's like, Smile and be nice to everybody, because you were not invited to be here."

And like so many stars with a squeaky clean image, there are those waiting in the wings for her to stumble. Swift explains how she often gets questioned by reporters about when she's going to start "stumbling out of clubs" or have some sort of "scandal or meltdown."

"As time has gone by, I've gotten that question less and less. I think, for me, the bigger pitfall is losing your self awareness," the singer explains. Even though I am at a place where my dresses are really pretty and the red carpets have a lot of bright lights and I get to play to thousands of people . . . you have to take that with a grain of salt. The stakes are really high if you mess up."

She might sound like she's got it all figured out, but Swift -- whose dated celebs including Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, and Jake Gyllenhaal admits: "I think I am smart unless I am really, really in love, and then I am ridiculously stupid."

She's had a few well publicized breakups (Jonas dumped her over the phone a few years ago, while Gyllenhaal broke up with her just before Christmas 2010), and now has a list of red flags when it comes to men -- like when a guy doesn't feel the need to get to know her and relies on what the media's said about her, anyone who's obsessed with privacy, a boyfriend threatened by the fact she needs a security team, or someone who puts her down a lot "to level the playing field." (That one kinda' seems like a given.)

The 5'10" blonde insists she's not dating anyone currently, and in the meantime, she's working on her fourth album, which draws on past romantic troubles. "There's just been this earth-shattering, not recent, but absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak," she says, "and that will turn out to be what the next album is about. The only way that I can feel better about myself -- pull myself out of that awful pain of losing someone -- is writing songs about it to get some sort of clarity."

The February issue of Vogue hits newsstands January 25.

Tony Romo and Tiger Woods will be paired together at the 2012 Pebble Beach Pro-Am tournament. From Feb. 9 to Feb. 12, the golf world will converge on one of the toughest courses in the United States for a fun weekend of golf.

The fact that Romo and Woods are paired together for four rounds should give both men some time to consider their situations.

*Both men are on the mend. Romo's Dallas Cowboys barely missed the NFC playoffs thanks to a final-day meltdown against the New York Giants. If Romo had one more victory during the regular season, perhaps Woods would have needed to pick another player. Woods is still trying to recover his career after the meltdown of his personal life two years ago.

*Woods and Romo apparently like hot women. Romo dated Jessica Simpson at one time. Woods was married to Swedish model Elin Nordegren before his marriage fell apart.

*Both men have short names. "Tony Romo" has eight characters total. "Tiger Woods" has just 10 letters total. Only Cher partnered with Snooki would have a shorter slot on the leaderboard.

*Romo and Woods should be able to compare notes on how to rebuild their failing careers. Because they have similarities in professional and personal lives, the week spent with each other may be more therapeutic for both men beyond just playing golf.

*Romo is a good golfer trying to improve his game. He was doing well at a U.S. Open qualifier before faltering in the end. Woods is a great golfer trying to get his game back. Wouldn't it be funny if Romo played better than his partner?

*Romo was known for late-game collapses. Woods had his entire personal life collapse.

*Both men are famous in their respective sports. Romo is supposed to lead the Cowboys back to Super Bowl glory. Woods is supposed to get in gear so he can win the most major tournaments in the history of the PGA, thereby surpassing Jack Nicklaus.

No matter how many similarities you can draw between Woods and Romo, it should be a fun weekend of golf. The master will be returning to one of his favorite courses. Hopefully, both men will complement each other well at the Pro-Am.

Ooops she’s doing it again!

Britney Spears will be a late summer bride when she weds fiancé Jason Trawick later this year, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Trawick popped the question to Spears, just before his 40th birthday, with a stunning, yet elegant, diamond ring from Neil Lane.

"It's going to be a very intimate wedding with only immediate family and very, very close friends,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “It will probably be a destination wedding in a very warm, tropical location. There is absolutely no drama with the planning of the wedding and Britney will probably wear an off-white dress that will show off her killer bod. Britney's sons are absolutely going to be a part of the ceremony as ring bearers, and Jason has something very special planned for the boys that will take place during the wedding.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the pop star won't be walking down the aisle until several lawsuits against her are resolved.

“Britney doesn't want to get married until all legal matters have been dealt with. She wants to begin her life with Jason on a fresh clean slate," the source adds.

This will be the  singer’s third marriage -- her first, in 2004, to childhood friend Jason Alexander lasted only 55 hours and her second to rapper/dancer Kevin Federline ended in divorce in 2007 after three years, they have two children together -- Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Ashton Kutcher's looking to punk a hacker.

After his Twitter and Foursquare accounts were apparently hacked recently, the Two and a Half Men star took to his Twitter page to antagonize the cyber-lockpicker.

"So apparently someone thinks they are clever hacking my account. #lame," he wrote. "Ok mr hacker, you only made one mistake. You hacked my Foursquare and I now know your address. Whoops..

The 33-year-old star of The Butterfly Effect wrote in a later Twitter message, "I'm coming for you my friend...," linked to a pic of the hacker's purported location, a spot between 120th and West El Segundo Boulevard in Hawthorne, California.

When the account was commandeered by the hacker, the offending tweet centered around Kutcher's rumored new love interest, screenwriter Lorene Scafaria. It read, "First official sleepover with my girl @lorenescafaria so maybe breakfast with everyone next time! (@ Lorene's House)," with a Foursquare link showing a map of where Scafaria's house is located.

(Just as irritating for the Iowa native is that he's invested money into Foursquare -- he even plugged it on Two and a Half Men -- as the hacking undermines the website's security.)

Fun fact: Kutcher's Twitter account was the first to have more than 1 million followers, edging CNN for the milestone in April of 2009.

Eager to prove that they really are all about scientific, medical solutions for the ailing, as prescribed by state law, embattled area marijuana dispensaries have in the last week taken to naming a particularly potent form of cannabis after ...

Ah, yes, this will get us all to realize the pot dispensary game is really about making granny's bad back better:

Blue Ivy OG, or variants of it, have been making the rounds.

661 Medical, a "collective" in the Antelope Valley, recently advertised "Ivy Blue OG Kush" for the great price of just $55 for an "8th," (via Twitter).

Now, when we put our lips to that glass pipe for a blast of powerful buddha, the first thing we want on our minds is a baby who's not even one-month-old yet. Really gets the healing going.

TMZ broke the news of the new strain, noting that "multiple" dispensaries in Hollywood were marketing Blue Ivy. Smart move as L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich is proposing to shut down all collectives in town.

He has argued that pot shops aren't acting under California law, which allows for the sharing of weed on a nonprofit basis to benefit the "seriously ill."

We'd call a strain named for a baby "seriously ill." So what the problem is?

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have called it quits on their nearly two year relationship.

“Brody and Avril aren’t engaged any longer,” a family friend tells Star magazine exclusively. “Things weren’t working out between the two of them. They decided to go their separate ways.”

The friend explained that the couple -- who have been together since early 2010 and got engaged over the holidays – have a rocky relationship.

“[They] go through incredible highs and lows in their relationship and recently things have taken a nosedive,” the source said.  “They are just taking things day by day before making any life changing decision.”

Another source adds that they broke up because they got cold feet about getting married, but also believes this could be just a temporary break.

“They got cold feet,” the source said. “I don’t think this is the end. It sounds like they are just taking a break for now. I’m sure they’ll work it out and get back together.”

The couple famously tattooed each other’s names on themselves in 2010, as well as obscene matching tattoos that said “F**k”
– no word on whether or not there’s a plan to remove the ink.

R&B star Beyonce Knowles and rapper husband Jay-Z could be the first artists to record a music video in space.

Music executives have reportedly been discussing the possibility of filming on one of Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic spaceships, due to launch later this year and the couple are seen as the perfect choice to set a global first, reported Sun online.

The video would be shot at the time when the crafts, which seat six people and blast 70,000 feet into the earth's atmosphere, reach a point that allows passengers six minutes of weightlessness.

"The label people have been talking about making a music video in space. Beyonce and Jay-Z seemed the obvious option. Everything is being done to make it happen," a source said.

Dance artist Moby, Star Trek star William Shatner and Alien actress Sigourney Weaver are also rumoured to have bought tickets for Virgin Galactic.

However, one star who won't be going into space is Salma Hayek, who has admitted to buying a ticket but later decided the expedition would be inappropriate because she is a mother.

"I reserved my place with the Virgin Galactic expedition. And then I got pregnant. And now I'm a mother. So, I'm not going to go," she said.

The never before seen 1991 divorce and child support documents between Kris Jenner and the late O.J. Simpson attorney, Robert Kardashian exclusively obtained by Star magazine reveal The Kardashian household was thrown into turmoil after Robert found Kris in the arms of her boy toy Todd Waterman.

According to the divorce papers, which you can read exclusively here on RadarOnline.com, the couple went head-to-head over Kris’ lavish spending and Robert accused his then-wife of flaunting her new relationship with now-husband, Bruce Jenner in front of the children even letting the kids see them in bed together!

In the documents, filed in the Los Angles Superior Court, Robert revealed he was so upset when he found out about the affair, after almost 12 years of marriage, that the court feared he was a threat to his family and awarded Kris temporary custody of Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Robert Jr.

But Robert claimed the court ordered psychologist found his anger problems were “only situational.”

“This is true,” Robert said. “It was true that I was very upset when I found out the respondent was having an affair and I wanted a divorce.”

According to the documents, after discovering the affair an angry Robert cancelled Kris’ credit cards, store cards and stopped paying for her extravagant lifestyle something Kris bitterly fought against as she claimed she deserved the “luxury lifestyle” she had been leading.

“The petitioner and I shared a luxury lifestyle,” Kris said in her petition for spousal and child support. “Nothing was too good for our family. Even our children’s clothing was purchased at exclusive boutiques.”

In her petition, Kris goes on to detail her tastes for fancy restaurants and boutiques, high-priced European holidays and lavish home entertainment “The New Year’s Eve party alone cost between $10,000 and $12,000. Since January 1990 the petitioner has essentially cut me off from all funds.

“In order to have some cash at my disposal to meet the basic needs of myself and my children, I have taken a job offered to me by my friend who has just gone through a divorce.

“(But) I am earning less money than our paid household help,” Kris said.

Robert, at the time, claimed to be unemployed and only earning $2,000, but Kris told the court it was voluntary as he wanted more money than what had been offered to him by a law firm, so she demanded he be ordered to work to cover her and the family’s expenses which monthly added up to a massive $37,189!

According to Kris’ sworn statement this included the $15,000 a month mortgage payment on the Beverly Hills home, wages for a gardener, a maid and housekeeper as well as clothing costs. According to Kris, each month she spent $800 on clothing for all four children but spent $2000 on herself.

Kris’ lawyers also demanded Robert pay for the family’s extensive debts on store cards for some of Los Angeles top stores including Neiman Marcus and Saks 5th Avenue which had grown to more than $21,000.

Money problems aside, Kris accused Robert of emotionally abusing her with a then 9-year-old Kim forced to witness the aftermath. “As a result of (Robert) and my irreconcilable differences, there is a tremendous amount of discord at the family residence,” Kris claimed in her petition.

“Every time (Robert) and I speak, (Robert) emotionally abuses me to the point that I am unable to handle the simplest tasks for hours after our conversation. In every conversation (Robert) and I have, (Robert) calls me a whore, a bitch, a slut and other names I can not repeat.

“On May 3, 1990 Kimberly found me crying after a brutal conversation with (Robert) and she became so upset I had a difficult time getting her to her carpool on time. Kimberly called my office twice that afternoon crying hysterically, begging me to come home.”

Because of the alleged abuse and Robert’s erratic but  “excessive doting attention” on the children,  Kris demanded Robert be banned from the family home. However, Robert argued he be allowed to move back into the home to protect the children from Kris’ now husband Bruce Jenner claiming Bruce and Kris’ relationship was detrimental to the children and Robert Jr. even witnessed his still-married mother in bed with Bruce!

According to Robert’s statement, while he was forced to live with relatives Kris had moved Bruce in, along with his four children including reality star Brody Jenner as well as his extended family.

“I believe this situation is inappropriate for several reasons,” Robert said. “Firstly my children are exposed to another man living with their mother. I believe that is inappropriate and I ask the court to enjoin and restrain (Kris) from living with any member of the opposite sex in or about the presence of our children.

“As a matter of fact, my son Robert said he slept on the couch in (Kris’) bedroom when (Kris) and her boyfriend were in bed together in the bedroom. In my option this situation is detrimental to the children,” Robert told the court.

Robert also claimed the stress of the divorce was not just affecting the children but also his mother whom he had moved in with.

“My mother had a stroke two weeks ago which is stress-related and may have been caused by the stress of the divorce."

Just a month after the final papers in their saga were filed Kris married Bruce, on April 21, 1991.

Britney Spears ended 2011 on a high note, what with the success of her Femme Fatale mega-tour and a proposal from longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick in December. In an upcoming issue of V Magazine, the superstar discusses her tour and poses with her team of professionals, giving them glowing reviews as "her second family."

Apparently, however, it's not Spears's goodwill that is standing out in this particular article. A commentary in the Daily Mail takes the accompanying photo into scrutiny, remarking on how quickly Spears seems to have slimmed down for this particular shoot.

"She has clearly been working out regularly in an effort to achieve the healthy and lean look," the Daily Mail notes judiciously.

Fans, on the other hand, are less polite about the matter, with an overwhelming amount of comments claiming that the shot clearly has been tampered with. A sampling: "Photoshopped a dillion!" "That's her head on someone else's body," "Even Ray Charles can see the terrible 'Cut and Paste' job that was done on Britney."

Spears has been looking fairly trim these days, so it's not as if the V shot is a tremendous diversion from her usual look--at least, weightwise. The photo does have an odd look to it, though. Compare for yourselves--here's Spears in September, just a short while after the V shoot was reported to have taken place.

V had no comment at the time this blog was written as to whether or not the photo had been altered. The issue with Spears will hit newsstands Thursday. To view more photos, visit the magazine's site.

What do you think? Is this photo simply Spears at her slimmest, or do you agree that it's a work of Photoshop art?

Khloe is not a Kardashian!

Robert Kardashian's ex-wife and widow have come forward in a Star magazine exclusive in which they both claim that the late Kardashian expressed his doubts about the paternity of Khloe.

"Khloe is not his kid -- he told me that after we got married," Jan Ashley, 63, the woman who married Robert after Kris Jenner, revealed to Star.

"He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said, 'Well, you know that Khloe's not really a Kardashian, don't you?' And I said…'OK,' and that was it."

Ellen Kardashian, 63, married Robert in 2003 just two months before his death, after dating for nearly six years -- and she has also come forward after eight years of silence to "tell the truth" about the Kardashian family.

"Khloe brought it up all the time," Ellen told Star. "She looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn't look anything like the other three children."

And while Kris recently admitted in her new book that she cheated on Robert during their marriage, both Jan and Ellen said they've always known she cheated, and so did Robert.

"Robert did question the fact that Khloe was his," Ellen said. "Any normal man would if they knew their wife had cheated on him."

Since Robert's death in 2003, Ellen fell on hard financial times -- filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2010 and last October the home that she and Robert shared in Indian Wells, Calif. was sold after going into foreclosure.

But in a final bombshell, Ellen claims Robert told her that he and Kris weren't even sleeping together at the time Khloe was conceived.

"[But] he never would have considered a DNA test," Ellen concluded. "He loved her very much."

To read the full, explosive story, pick up a copy of Star magazine -- on newsstands Thursday.

Lil Wayne's choice of attire, whether for performance or play, generally causes a media sensation; the equal fascination and repulsion that surrounded his VMA leopard jeggings ensemble confirmed his ability to visually provoke. The rapper is no doubt banking on that shock potential to hype his own skateboard-oriented line, Trukfit, which he debuted this weekend at the Long Beach, California, branch of Agenda, a trade show noted for launching promising emerging brands. Vague details surrounding the line also trickled onto the web before the holidays.

In the latest edition of his "Weezy's Sports Corner" web series, Lil Wayne cuts to the chase. "It will be the best clothing line ever," he declared. Big promises aside, we still don't know too many specifics about Trukfit, other than it will formally launch later this year "at a moderate price point" and that Weezy spent considerable time in 2011 immersing himself in skateboard culture  in preparation for the venture. According to Agenda,  Trukfit "was inspired by Lil Wayne’s passion for skateboarding and quality street wear" and "[pulls] influence from Lil Wayne’s distinctive style and voice." Complex offers a glance of what that may entail with a Trukfit teaser gallery. When Agenda rolls into New York City later this month, Rolling Stone will offer a closer look.
